Shipping & Order Tracking
FOJO Jewelry ensures that once you place an order, you will receive your jewelry in a timely manner no matter what your location.
Typically, it takes 1-2 days for FOJO Jewelry to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Amazon.com alerting you that your package has been shipped. The email will also notify you of the tracking number for your order (only applies to expedited orders) and the carrier that was used to ship your order. The tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your package via the specified carrier’s website. Delivery times will vary according to the service level or destination you’ve requested. Please view our shipping rates and service levels listed below.
Please note that all orders received after 1pm (EDT) will be processed the next business day and may arrive 1-2 day(s) later than indicated.
Standard orders shipped within the continental United States and the US protectorates with a value of US $30.00 or less will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Standard orders shipped within the continental United States and the US protectorates with a value that exceeds US $30.00 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited orders are shipped via UPS red and blue services and international orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. To avoid theft and non-delivery, we strongly suggest you use an address where the package can promptly be received. A signature will be required for all orders over $200. FOJO Jewelry is not responsible for paying customs duty, tax, tariffs or any additional charges when shipping to Canada or any country outside of the continental United States and it's protectorates.
If an incorrect address is submitted for an order and we do not receive e-mail notification of the correct address before the order is shipped, we are not responsible for the shipping charges to that incorrect address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) (less shipping and handling).
30-Day Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your item, FOJO Jewelry gives you the option to return it for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds can take up to 12 days to process after the receipt and inspection of the item. A return confirmation will be sent to you when the item(s) are received. All refunds are processed via Amazon. The refund should be credited to your account within 2-3 business days after the receipt of the return confirmation. Amazon will send a separate notification indicating your account has been credited.
Please note FOJO Jewelry will not refund money for any item(s) that have missing components, been noticeably worn, altered or damaged, or are not in their original condition upon receipt. A refund will not be issued for any items received after 30 days of the shipping date. How to Return an Item
Please complete the return/exchange form that is provided in your package. Please be sure to state the reason for the return or exchange on the form. Send the item(s) back with the original packaging to the following address:

Things to Keep in Mind
Please be sure to return the item in a secure package to avoid damage during transit. Please use a method of shipping such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS, which allows you to track the progress of your package. Be sure to ship insure your shipment and keep all associated receipts and paperwork. FOJO Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. FOJO Jewelry can only process a full refund once the returned item(s) are received and pass a quality inspection. Please save a copy of the packing slip for your records. To prevent theft, please do not write FOJO Jewelry or indicate in anyway that the contents contain jewelry on the outside of your package
If you receive the wrong item(s), the item is defective, or the item has been damaged, please email us as soon as possible at custserv@fojojewelry.com. We will be happy to replace the item(s), exchange it, or process a full refund.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over US $50.00. Standard shipping orders that total US $50.00 or less will be charged a shipping fee of US $3.00 and a handling charge of US 0.50¢ per item.
Expedited shipping via UPS 2nd Day is free for all orders over US $100.00. UPS 2nd Day orders that total US $100.00 or less will be charged a shipping fee of US $9.99.
Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day is free for all orders over US $150.00. UPS Next Day orders that total US $150.00 or less will be charged a shipping fee of US $25.00.
International shipping is free for all orders over US $100.00. International orders that total $100 or less will be charged a shipping fee of US $8.00.
